This class is one hour of maximum-intensity exercises, with core training moves mixed with plyometric drills and nonstop intervals of strength, power and resistance. We will push you to your limits and expect you to work as hard as possible.
No matter what your fitness level this class is perfect for you! Come to get back in to shape, loss weight and tone or come to keep yourself on top of game and exceed your fitness level.

Core sessions at 6:00PM Mondays and adding new sessions when groups are formed.
If you don’t have a group or team to train with, we can add to an appropriate group.
